Watch This Video on Cellulite Exercises
What is Cellulite? The term cellulite is known as the fatty, unsightly layer of fat cells that have gathered under the surface of the skin causing a dimpling, crater-like appearance to the skin. In order to perform the necessary cellulite exercises that will help eliminate the dimply, orange-peel skin, you must first understand what cellulite is.
Despite the fact that cellulite is an area of fat deposit in the body, it is noted however that the condition is different than those fat deposits in the other areas of the body due to its close proximity to the surface of the skin.
Also, women are much more prone to getting it; studies show that about 90% of women experience it at some point in their life whereas men rarely are exposed to it. Also, there are other factors which make certain women more prone to getting it: these factors are:
- elasticity of the skin
- and genetics
Though many of these promise to increase cellulite reduction, the best way is to make a few small changes in your diet as well as your exercise routine. Performing these exercises will aid in balancing your hormone levels (including estrogen), improving blood circulation, and reducing edema or fluid retention.
Cellulite Exercises You Can Do At HomeAll of these exercises we will discuss can be done in the comfort of your home, and require very little space or equipment.

Get started by doing some light cardio for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating. If you have an exercise bike or treadmill, this will be great.
